Provide ICT infrastructure and services to support the implementation of ESC functions.

Division Functions

This division is responsible in implementing the following services :-

  • Develop, implement and monitor the implementation of ESC’s Information Technology Strategic Plan (ITSP);
  • Develop and monitor the compliance of ESC’s ICT Security Policy (ICTSP);
  • Develop and maintain ESC’s application system;
  • Develop and maintain ESC’s portal;
  • Ensure the security and control of ICT;
  • Plan and implement ICT procurement;
  • Plan and conduct training on the use of ESC’s application system;
  • Plan and manage ESC’s ICT assets;
  • Manage ESC’s data center; and
  • Provide technical support services related to ICT

Information Management Division Customer Charter 

  • Ensuring the availability of access to the Official Portal of the Education Service Commission operates at least at 95 percent.
  • Ensuring access to the Employment Registration in Education Service (MySPP) application operate at least at 95 percent.
  • Provide feedback related to complaints and ICT technical assistance to ESC members at least within one (1) to 14 working days depending on the level complexity.
  • Ensure that requests for improvements to the existing application system by ESC members are completed within 1 – 90 working days depending on the level of complexity of the improvement.

Complaint Classification:

  1. Low : 1 – 3 days
  2. Medium : 1 – 7 days
  3. Critical: 1 – 14 days

Improvement Classification::

  1. Low : 1 – 14 days
  2. Medium : 15 – 30 days
  3. Critical : 1 – 3 months
