Provide ICT infrastructure and services to support the implementation of ESC functions.
Division Functions
This division is responsible in implementing the following services :-
- Develop, implement and monitor the implementation of ESC’s Information Technology Strategic Plan (ITSP);
- Develop and monitor the compliance of ESC’s ICT Security Policy (ICTSP);
- Develop and maintain ESC’s application system;
- Develop and maintain ESC’s portal;
- Ensure the security and control of ICT;
- Plan and implement ICT procurement;
- Plan and conduct training on the use of ESC’s application system;
- Plan and manage ESC’s ICT assets;
- Manage ESC’s data center; and
- Provide technical support services related to ICT
Information Management Division Customer Charter
- Ensuring the availability of access to the Official Portal of the Education Service Commission operates at least at 95 percent.
- Ensuring access to the Employment Registration in Education Service (MySPP) application operate at least at 95 percent.
- Provide feedback related to complaints and ICT technical assistance to ESC members at least within one (1) to 14 working days depending on the level complexity.
- Ensure that requests for improvements to the existing application system by ESC members are completed within 1 – 90 working days depending on the level of complexity of the improvement.
