The Service Division is responsible for managing the service affairs of the Education Service Members appointed by the Malaysia Education Service Commission as follows:

  • Confirmation of Service;
  • Extension of Probationary Period;
  • Granting of Pensionable Status;
  • Termination of Service;
  • Transfer of Appointment;
  • Appointment by Temporary/ Secondment/ Permanent Transfer;
  • Contract Appointment;
  • Return to the previous service scheme
  • Helpdesk ePROPER System

Client Charter

The decision regarding service matters is notified no later than six weeks from the date the complete certificate is received
