The Service Division is responsible for managing the service affairs of the Education Service Members appointed by the Malaysia Education Service Commission as follows:
- Confirmation of Service;
- Extension of Probationary Period;
- Granting of Pensionable Status;
- Termination of Service;
- Transfer of Appointment;
- Appointment by Temporary/ Secondment/ Permanent Transfer;
- Contract Appointment;
- Return to the previous service scheme
- Helpdesk ePROPER System

The decision regarding service matters is notified no later than six weeks from the date the complete certificate is received
