Functions of the Legal Counsel Office

• Provide legal counsel to all Division in ESC;
• Drafting, reviewing and approving agreement documents, contracts, memorandum of understanding and other documents involving ESC;
• Drafting and reviewing bills, regulations, rules and other legal documents under the jurisdiction of ESC; and
• Manage/assist the Attorney-General Department in the handling of Judicial Review/legal cases in court involving ESC.
