Division Functions

• Implement disciplinary actions with the purpose of dismissal and demotion for Education Service Officer (ESO) and Higher Education Service Officer (HESO) Grade 41 and above.
• Manage disciplinary appeals of Education Service Officer (ESO), Higher Education Service Officer (HESO) as well as members of the Support Services appointed by the Education Service Commission.
• Manage the promotion of Malaysia Director-General of Education (MDGE).
• Manage promotion appeals of Education Service Officer (ESO), Higher Education Service Officer (HESO) as well as members of the Support Services appointed by the Education Service Commission.
