2. When and how can I apply for the post? Every application of job under SPP can be done at any anytime. Application can be submitted via the JobsMalaysia portal at www.jobsmalaysia.gov.my
3. I am a PPP Grade DG29, DG32, DG34, and DG38 officer under MOE with a bachelor degree, Can I apply for the appointment to PPP DG41 Grade post? Selaras dengan pekeliling yang berkuat kuasa bagi pegawai yang sedang berkhidmat sebagai PPP Gred DG29, DG32, DG34, dan DG38 perlu mengemukakan permohonan untuk kenaikan pangkat ke PPP DG42 yang dikendalikan oleh pihak KPM. SPP hanya menguruskan pelantikan pertama dalam perkhidmatan sama ada ke jawatan PPP Gred DG29 atau PPP gred DG41.
4. I had resigned in the civil service but wanted to serve again. How do I submit an application? Seseorang yang telah meletakkan jawatan boleh dilantik semula ke dalam perkhidmatan awam. Permohonan boleh dibuat seperti permohonan calon biasa iaitu permohonan secara online diwww.jobsmalaysia.gov.my.

 

5. Bilakah iklan jawatan kosong disiarkan? SPP tidak mengiklankan kekosongan jawatan di akhbar mahupun media massa yang lain. SPP menyiarkan iklan sepanjang masa di portal kami dan permohonan boleh dibuka terus di www.jobsmalaysia.gov.my Oleh itu, pemohon juga boleh menyemak maklumat yang dimaksudkan serta perkara lain berkaitan dengannya dan mereka boleh memohon jawatan yang diminati yang sesuai dengan kelayakan yang mereka miliki. Permohonan boleh dibuat pada bila-bila masa sepanjang tahun. Walau bagaimanapun, penerbitan iklan juga boleh dilakukan oleh SPP pada bila-bila masa mengikut kesesuaian berdasarkan keperluan urusan pengambilan jawatan tertentu.
6. Perlukah saya menghantar biodata/maklumat peribadi (resume) untuk memohon jawatan ke SPP? Tidak perlu. Pemohon hanya dikehendaki mengisi dengan teliti dan sempurna semua maklumat yang diperlukan dalam borang permohonan. Walau bagaimanapun, dokumen yang mengandungi maklumat tersebut serta dokumen lain yang berkaitan perlu dibawa pada hari temu duga.
7. Mengapa saya perlu memperbaharui / mengemas kini permohonan/pendaftaran?

Setiap pendaftaran perlu diperbaharui/ dikemas kini walaupun pemohon tidak pernah dipanggil peperiksaan atau temu duga dalam tempoh satu (1) tahun. Ini membolehkan SPP mendapatkan serta menyimpan maklumat terkini pemohon yang benar-benar berminat di dalam bank data SPP. Selain itu ia juga mengelakkan pemohon terlepas peluang untuk dipertimbangkan panggilan temuduga disebabkan tempoh sah laku pendaftaran yang telah luput selepas tempoh satu (1) tahun.

1. When will I be called for interview a. For PPP post, interview will be held right after the information of option-based post vacancies is received from MOE. The notification regarding the interview will be posted on SPP Portal. Candidates may check on their interview status online at SPP portal. Candidate is also advised to contact SPP if there are any changes of job location for personal information update purposes.
    b. Bagi calon PPPT dan AKP, temu duga akan dilaksanakan sebaik sahaja maklumat kekosongan jawatan diterima daripada KPM. Walau bagaimanapun, panggilan temu duga bagi jawatan PPPT akan dibuat mengikut kekosongan bidang pengkhususan dan gred jawatan. Calon boleh menyemak status panggilan temu duga secara online di portal SPP dari masa ke masa.
2. Is it possible for me to change my interview location? a. PPP candidate is allowed to change their selected interview center provided that there is an interview for the same option implemented in the current state of the candidate. However candidate should inform SPP in written form after  receiving the interview notification and required to provide the following  documents during the interview:

i. interview call;

ii. all required documents mentioned in the ; and

iii. a copy of permission letter (interview centre relocation).

3. Apa yang saya perlu lakukan sekiranya salah satu sijil asal  hilang? Calon dikehendaki mendapatkan semula sijil asal tersebut ataupun surat pengesahan dari pihak yang mengeluarkan.
4. Apakah salinan sijil yang telah disahkan boleh diterima pakai menggantikan sijil asal yang hilang untuk urusan temu duga? Tidak boleh, calon dikehendaki mendapatkan semula sijil asal tersebut ataupun surat pengesahan dari pihak yang mengeluarkan sijil tersebut.
5. What are of preparation before attending the interview

 

The important preparations are

 

  • Every required original document stated in the checklist must be prepared. Only original document is accepted. Candidate will not be interviewed upon failure.
  • Candidate’s attire should follow civil servant dress code ethic; and
  • Self-preparation with general knowledge  and job-relevant knowledge.
6. Saya telah membuat permohonan di jobsmalaysia, Bilakah saya akan dipanggil temu duga? Semua pemohon yang telah berdaftar di jobsmalaysia akan dipertimbangkan panggilan temu duga sekiranya:
  • Terdapat kekosongan jawatan yang dipohon;
  • Memenuhi syarat skim perkhidmatan jawatan yang dipohon; dan
  • Melepasi asas tapisan.

Setiap pemohon boleh menyemak pendaftaran melalui pautan Semakan Status Pendaftaran di Portal SPP.

7. Kenapa saya tidak dipanggil temu duga? Ada pelbagai sebab mengapa seseorang pemohon itu tidak dipanggil temu duga walaupun telah lama berdaftar di jobsmalaysia seperti:
  • Tiada urusan pengambilan dijalankan disebabkan tiada laporan kekosongan jawatan dikemukakan oleh Kementerian/Jabatan kepada SPP;
  • Permohonan yang dikemukakan oleh pemohon tidak lengkap dan tidak berjaya didaftarkan dalam bank data SPP;
  • Pendaftaran pemohon telah luput tempoh sah laku pendaftaran dan pemohon tidak memperbaharuinya;
  • Pemohon tidak memenuhi syarat yang ditetapkan dalam iklan atau dalam skim perkhidmatan bagi jawatan dipohon; dan
  • Pemohon tidak melepasi asas tapisan.
8. Berapa lamakah masa yang diambil untuk dipanggil temu duga selepas proses pendaftaran di jobsmalaysia? Tiada tempoh yang ditetapkan bagi proses tersebut kerana selepas selesai proses pendaftaran, semua data permohonan akan disimpan di dalam Bank Data SPP. Proses tapisan hanya akan dijalankan setelah SPP Malaysia menerima laporan pengisian kekosongan jawatan dari Kementerian. Pemohon yang melepasi tapisan semasa akan dipanggil oleh SPP bagi menghadiri ujian/ temu duga berdasarkan jawatan yang dipohon.

1. Bilakah surat tawaran pelantikan akan dikeluarkan sekiranya saya berjaya dalam sesi temu duga? a. Bagi calon yang berjaya, pemakluman keputusan temu duga akan dimaklumkan dalam portal SPP dan calon adalah dikehendaki untuk mencetak sendiri surat tawaran pelantikan tersebut dalam tempoh 6 minggu dari tarikh surat tawaran dikeluarkan. Surat arahan lapor diri  dan penempatan akan dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian.
2. If I failed the interview, what should I do next? a.  For PPP post ,SPP has set a new procedure for every categories of  unsuccessful candidates where:
  1. candidates will be inform regarding their result; and
  2. allowed to reapply six month after from the result date by SPP through its portal.

The six month given is to enable the candidate to improve their weakness.

    b. Bagi jawatan PPPT dan AKP, calon boleh mengemaskini semula permohonan di www.jobsmalaysia.gov.my untuk memastikan permohonan jawatan masih aktif.
3. How is my appointment date determined? a. For PPP post, the appointment date is based on posting or reporting date according to which come later.
b. For the post of PPPT and AKP, the date of appointment is based on the date of the report on duty.
4. If I succeeded, when will I be posted? Penempatan tempat bertugas adalah terletak di bawah bidang kuasa Ketua Perkhidmatan di (KPM) Calon mungkin ditempatkan bertugas sama ada di Sekolah, Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah, Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri, Politeknik, Kolej Komuniti atau di bahagian-bahagian di KPM sendiri.
5. Can the medical examination be made at a private clinic / hospital? Boleh asalkan pemeriksaan perubatan tersebut dilakukan oleh Pengamal Perubatan Berdaftar. Walau bagaimanapun, kos/caj yang dikenakan di bawah tanggungjawab sendiri.
6. Apa akan berlaku sekiranya saya diperaku tidak sihat? Suruhanjaya boleh membatalkan tawaran sekiranya calon menghidap masalah kesihatan yang tidak terkawal (severe).  Rujuk Pekeliling Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Pelajaran Bilangan 2 Tahun 2017
7. Sebagai PTJ yang menguruskan e-proper apakah Pekeliling yang perlu dirujuk berkaitan masalah kesihatan Ketua Jabatan hanya boleh menerima calon Anggota Perkhidmatan Pendidikan (APP) melapor diri bertugas sekiranya calon tersebut mengemukakan laporan pemeriksaan kesihatan dan diperaku sihat untuk berkhidmat oleh Pengamal Perubatan Berdaftar.

8. Perlukah saya menghantar Pakej Setuju Terima Tawaran (PSTT) kepada Suruhanjaya? Tidak Perlu. Merujuk kepada Pekeliling Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Pelajaran Bilangan 5 Tahun 2018, adalah menjadi tanggungjawab Ketua Jabatan untuk mengemukakan permohonan melalui system e-proper bagi mendapatkan pengesahan pelantikan.
9. Bolehkah saya menghantar sebarang dokumen berkaitan perkhidmatan tanpa melalui Ketua Jabatan? Tidak Boleh. Semua urusan adalah rasmi dan perlu dibuat melalui Ketua Jabatan.
10. How do I determine my starting salary? The starting salary is determined:
  • according to academic qualifications as prescribed in the service scheme;
  • for the candidate who is currently in service and has attained confirmation/permanence in the service, then the starting salary shall be given at the higher and closest salary points where the difference is not less than a basic salary increment or an amount corresponding to the basic salary increment of the previous grade or post, limited to the maximum salary points of the new post as specified in Rule 25 (7) and (8) in the Public Service Officers (Appointment, Promotion and Termination of Services) Regulations 2012.
11. Upon appointment, I find the salary offered to be lower than the monthly allowance I received for the position of Trained Substitute Teachers (GST). Monthly allowances received while serving as Trained Substitute Teachers (GST) are not taken into consideration for the purpose of qualifying a higher starting salary. The setting of a higher starting salary which takes into consideration the previous salary amount is only accorded to officers who have attained confirmation/permanence in service. However, the experience of serving as a GST (ie calculated from the date of full qualification) may be taken into account for qualifying a higher starting salary.
12. I find that the salary offered to me is not based on the qualifications / degrees that I have. What should I do? Sila kemukakan rayuan melalui dan ditandatangani oleh Ketua Jabatan kepada Suruhanjaya bersama nilai taraf kelayakan sijil/ijazah tersebut yang diperolehi dari Agensi Kelayakan Malaysia (MQA).
13. Before I was appointed to PPP / PPPT / AKP, I have been in permanent-status service with the government. I find that the salary offered to me is lower than my previous post. What do I need to do? Sila kemukakan rayuan melalui dan ditandatangani oleh Ketua Jabatan kepada Suruhanjaya bersama salinan Buku Rekod Perkhidmatan (BRP) yang telah dikemaskini.
 14. I hold a Master's Degree or a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) degree. Should I be appointed, will I be offered a higher salary? Calon yang memiliki Kelayakan Ijazah Sarjana atau Ijazah Doktor Falsafah (PhD) layak untuk diberikan gaji yang lebih tinggi seperti yang telah digariskan melalui Pekeliling Perkhidmatan bil. 1 Tahun 2016 seperti berikut :
  • diambil kira untuk tujuan penetapan gaji permulaan yang lebih tinggi bagi jawatan PPP sebagaimana yang diperuntukan dalam skim perkhidmatan bagi lantikan mulai 1 Januari 2014.
  • diambil kira untuk tujuan penetapan gaji permulaan yang lebih tinggi bagi jawatan PPPT sebagaimana peruntukan dalam skim perkhidmatan tertakluk kelayakan tersebut diiktiraf oleh kerajaan.

1. When will my service appointment be confirmed/made permanent? According to the Malaysian Remuneration System, an officer may be confirmed into the service after undergoing a one to three year trial period and after meet the requirements of the service confirmation as specified in the offer letter (including passing the examination of the service as prescribed by the department head if any and screening safety).   2. EPF Option Form - Fifth Table (Appendix B SPP Circular No. 3 of 2018);
  3. PDP Certification Checklist (Appendix C SPP Circular No. 3 of 2018);

4. What to do if unconfirmed in the service? The Head of Department for trainees unable to be confirmed in service within the prescribed period must submit an application for an Extension Period (PTP) to SPP within 7 days upon completion of the maximum trial period or 36 months of service (Paragraph 9 SPP Circular No. 2 Year 2018).
5. Who is eligible to receive pensionable status (PTB)? An officer is eligible to be given pensionable status if he / she has not chosen the EPF scheme, has been certified in service and has completed 3 years of service which can be taken into consideration. Generally, the PTB date is set on the first day of the month of the following month after the SPP receives the complete certification from the Head of Department.
6. What documents are required to process (PTB)?
  1. PTB Certification Form - Sixth Table (Appendix A SPP Circular No. 4 of 2018);
  2. PTB Certification Checklist (Appendix B SPP Circular No. 4 of 2018); and
