Confirmation of appointment will be given after completion of the acceptance of offer package (AOP) as follows:
| a. | Letter of acceptance of offer of appointment; |
| b. | Medical examination report; |
| c. | Statutory declaration; and |
| d. | Letter of undertaking |
Determining the Appointment Date
The Public Officers (Appointment, Promotion and Termination of Service) Regulations 2005 stipulate that the date of appointment of an officer in public office shall be the date the officer reports for duty unless determined otherwise by the commission.
