Information on Position
The Education Service Commission Malaysia (SPP) is the Appointing Authority that are responsible in appointing Education Service Member (APP) into public service. Appointment are based on the vacant position that are available at all times through MySPP as follows:

| 1. | Member of Executive Group (MoEG) for Grade 19 | Educational Institution under the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM) | 1. SPM Qualification as a Requirement to serve in the Public Service Sector
a)To be eligible to apply for a position in the public sector, you must have the minimum SPM requirement as follow: i) pass six subjects including Bahasa Melayu along with two Honors level subjects and the rest is Passed in a single examination; OR b) There are certain service programmes that need honours or passes in the subjects as mention in 1(a)(i) and 1(a)(ii) di above. 2. SVM Qualification as a requirement to serve in the Public Service Sector a)To be eligible to apply for a position in the public sector, you must have the minimum SVM requirement as follow: i)Honors n Bahasa Melayu (Code 1104) at least C Grade; and ii)SVM qualifications in related fields according to the terms of the service scheme. b) (b) The list of courses suitable for appointment to positions that require SVM can be found on the EZSkim Website by following the link: List course SVM3.
